Calibration

Acceleration
Phase two is all about compounding results, nailing down the strategies and techniques and supercharging your progress.
Consolidation

Steve is an award wining personal trainer and started 8 years ago with zero clients and has since built a thriving and successful business helping hundreds of people lose weight, get fit and feel better in their skin.
